DETAILS
AUGUST 22 - 26, 2024 | Crawford, Colorado
ACCOMMODATION
We have three different kinds of accommodation. Glamping-style tents, airstreams, and just a few rooms inside the main house.
NOURISHMENT
We are so lucky to be nestled in the organic agricultural center of Colorado. As much of the food for the retreat as possible is sourced locally from farms. All the food is organic and made with love and intention. All meals will be entirely gluten-free, some raw, organic, local dairy will be optional
KUNDALINI
Kundalini Yoga will be a central pillar of this retreat. We will begin each day with a morning Sadhana. And have additional lectures, workshops, and deep dives into these teachings.
TRAVEL DATE INFO
Attendees will arrive on the day of August 22nd by 6pm. Our goal is to go to the hot springs together that night. We will enjoy a welcome dinner together, and open the retreat container. The retreat will run through the evening of August 25th, guests will stay that night, and departure is at your leisure on the morning of August 26th.
POST RETREAT STAY
If you would like, and have the time in your schedule, you are welcome to stay on the land for up to two additional nights for $100/night.
AIRPORT INFO
The closest airports are the Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) and the Grand Junction Regional Airport (GTJ).
*We suggest flying into the Montrose airport. This is also the airport where we will provide shuttle assistance to and from.
More info and transportation from the airport will be coordinated closer to the event.
Airfare is not included in the retreat price.
SAMPLE SCHEDULE:
5:00am - Morning Sadhana
8:00am - Tea, breakfast, time to take a walk, a dip in the creek, and prepare ourselves for the day.
10:00am - Morning workshop on the land
12:00pm - Lunch
2:00pm - Local excursion - Examples: Apple picking and canning, Yak walk and picnic, local farm tour
4:30pm - Second Kundalini Session / Meditation / Guided experience
6:00pm - Dinner
7:30 - Nightly bonfire, stories, sharing, singing, time to journal, rest, take a walk, spend time with our new community., or gong bath.

All accommodation options require a $800 non-refundable deposit. Up until 30 days before the retreat, if you are unable to attend, you can receive the remainder of your retreat cost in full. No refunds are available within the 30 days before the retreat.
